We have been having all sorts of eggs. More than the family can regularly consume. This has forced us to be more creative in our meal planning. How do we consume all these eggs? Enter the new recipe: bacon wrapped egg cups!
These are amazingly simple to create. Take a cup cake pan. Line the side of each cup with a strip of bacon. Then crack open an egg or two into the cup (depending on size). Sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of the egg. Put the tray into a pre-heated oven (375 degrees) for 10 minutes. Remove the tray and sprinkle some cheese on top of each egg. Put it back into the oven for a couple more minutes.
Very easy for the kids to make. No splattering bacon grease.
